Search engine optimisation that starts with the problem.
Most SEO proposals start with a package. Ours starts with a question: what are your customers actually typing, and what happens when they find you?
We have been doing search engine optimisation for Australian businesses since 2019 - technical audits, keyword research, content and reporting - and we will tell you plainly when it is not the thing that will move your numbers.

Page two is the same as not being there.
Your customers are searching. The question is who they find.
When someone needs what you do, they open Google. If your competitor appears and you don't, that enquiry was never yours to lose - you were never in the room.
This is not about vanity rankings for your own business name. It is about the searches where somebody is ready to buy and has not yet decided from whom.
More traffic is not the goal. The right traffic is.
It is not difficult to increase visitor numbers. It is much harder to increase the visitors who become customers, and those are two completely different pieces of work.
We would rather rank you for a hundred searches that turn into quotes than a thousand that turn into nothing.

Six things that decide where you rank.
No single one of these is a trick. Search engines reward businesses that are genuinely easier to find, easier to read and easier to trust than the alternatives.
Technical health
Speed, mobile rendering, crawlability, broken links, duplicate pages. The problems that quietly cap your ranking no matter how good the content is.
Keyword research
The words your customers use are rarely the words you use internally. We find the searches with real intent behind them, then work out which you can realistically win.
Content that answers
Pages written to answer the question somebody actually asked, rather than to hit a word count. This is the part most businesses skip and most rankings depend on.
Local search
For a business with a service area, appearing in the map results matters more than the blue links. Google Business Profile, citations and reviews all feed it.
Authority
Other credible sites referencing yours is still one of the strongest signals there is. Earned slowly and legitimately, never bought.
Reporting you can read
What moved, what didn't, and what we are doing next month. In plain language, with the numbers that relate to your business rather than only to search.
Audit first. Always.
We will not quote a monthly retainer before knowing what is actually wrong. The first step is the same for everyone.
Website audit
Week 1A health check on the site you already have: what is technically broken, what you rank for now, and who is beating you. This is where most of the surprises turn up.
Keyword and competitor research
Week 2What your market is searching for, how much competition sits on each term, and which of them are realistically winnable in the time frame you care about.
A plan with priorities
Week 3Ordered by impact, not by what is easiest to bill for. If something on the list will not move the needle, it comes off the list.
The work, then the measuring
OngoingTechnical fixes, content, local search and authority - then monthly reporting on what changed. Search engines move constantly, so the plan is revisited, not set once.

From businesses we have done this work for.
Both of these engagements involved search engine optimisation alongside the build.
Jarom was superb to work with and delivered on all aspects of the project. Their constant communication made me feel like I was their highest priority despite their workload.
I'd recommend Pro Digital Marketing to anyone - they go in-depth with each project and are very professional.

The questions worth asking any SEO company.
Can you guarantee we will rank number one?
No, and neither can anybody else. Nobody controls Google's ranking, so any guarantee of a position is either meaningless or a promise to game something that will later be penalised.
What we can commit to is the work, the reasoning behind it and honest reporting on what it moved.
How long before we see anything?
Technical fixes can show up within weeks. Ranking for competitive terms usually takes months, not days - and anyone telling you otherwise is describing paid ads, not search engine optimisation. If you need enquiries this month, we will say so and talk about advertising instead.
Do we have to sign up to a monthly package?
No. The audit stands on its own, and plenty of businesses take the findings and act on them in-house. If you would rather your own team did the ongoing work, we will show them how.
Is SEO even the right thing for our business?
Sometimes it isn't. If almost nobody searches for what you do, or your growth actually depends on repeat customers and referrals, SEO is the wrong place to spend.
We would rather tell you that at the audit stage than take a retainer for twelve months of work that was never going to pay for itself.
You build software now. Is SEO still a real part of what you do?
Yes - it is a supporting service rather than the whole business. A customer portal or a booking system nobody can find has the same problem as a shop down an unmarked lane, so the search work and the build work belong together.
Start with an audit, not a contract.
Tell us the site and the searches you think you should be winning. We will look properly and tell you what is actually in the way.
