Sometimes you do not need an agency. You need an hour with someone who has done it.
Plenty of business owners are one conversation away from a decision. Whether to rebuild the site. Whether the quote in front of them is reasonable. Whether AI is relevant to their business or noise.
Coaching is that conversation - no proposal at the end unless you ask for one.

The conversations that come up most.
You do not need to arrive with a brief. A problem is enough, and often better.
Is this idea worth building?
You have an idea for a product or an internal tool and want a straight answer on whether it holds up before spending on it.
Is this quote reasonable?
Somebody has quoted you for a website, an app or a system and you have no way to judge whether the number and the scope make sense.
Where does AI actually fit?
Cutting through what is genuinely useful for a business your size and what is currently being oversold.
We have outgrown our spreadsheets
Working out whether the answer is software, better process, or an off-the-shelf tool you have not tried.
One conversation, with the person who does the work.
Not an account manager relaying it to someone else.
Fifteen years of building software, and the same person who would run your project is the one in the session. That is the whole reason it is useful in an hour rather than a fortnight.
Bring the awkward question. The value is in a straight answer, including when the answer is that you should not spend the money.

What people ask about coaching.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Bring the problem in your own words. If you have a website, a quote or reporting to hand, that helps - but arriving with nothing but a question is completely fine.
Will this turn into a sales pitch?
No. If the honest answer is that you do not need to build anything, or that your current supplier is doing fine, that is what you will hear.
We choose projects carefully and would rather not start one that should not exist.
Is it worth it if we are not technical?
That is usually the point. The job is explaining the trade-offs in plain language so you can make the decision yourself, rather than making it for you.
What decision are you stuck on?
Tell us the problem in a sentence or two. If a conversation would help, we will set one up.
